Amy Lehman of Allegany County Community Opportunities and Rural Development, Inc., discussed the process used for recruiting child care providers in a service delivery area for ITA, topics for ITA, assessment and evaluation process, follow up procedures and ways to build rapport by using a strength-based approach. Norma Bergmann of Family Enrichment Network, Inc., discussed ways to inform referral specialists about handling calls, working with difficult customers, asking the right questions and making sure every call meets the Quality Assurance requirements.
