The New York State Head Start Association provides information and support to its members from the Head Start community – parents, staff and friends of Head Start.

Infant Toddler Credentialing: The Infant Toddler Project works to expand professional

 development opportunities for those working with babies in early care and education programs. 

 Through partnerships with NYS Association for the Education of Young Children, higher education

 institutions and local Child Care Resource and Referral agencies, we are increasing coursework,

 credentials and degree programs for those who want to focus on infants and toddlers.  To view
