Join ECLC's Legacy Society by including the organization in your estate plans.
When you want to make a great and lasting impact on the charity of your choice, you can do so without transferring a gift for years to come. By working with your financial advisor, you can set up an estate plan that will provide a lasting gift to the cause closest to your heart.
The easiest and most popular way to include ECLC in your estate plans is to include the organization as a beneficiary in your will. Review this sample codicil language and talk it over with your loved ones and financial advisor. Other planned giving vehicles include charitable gift annuities, gifts of real estate or real property, charitable remainder trusts and more.
Once you have included ECLC in your estate plan, please notify us so we can include you in our Legacy Society. In the future, members of the Legacy Society will be invited to special Society-member only events.
Plan ahead for the greatest legacy you can leave to the children in New York State!
