The Early Care & Learning Council has been a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 1975. The State of New York has been one of its largest funders. However, with budget cuts that have yet to be restored and an ever-increasing need for our services, ECLC raises funds to meet its mission and have the maximum impact across the entire state.
